43 year old man arrested in Ondo for shooting rival in concubine’s home

The Ondo state police command has arrested a 43-year-old man, Mr. Ajagba Joseph, for allegedly attempting to murder a man he found in his concubine’s house.

This was made known in a statement shared by the police command on X.com on Wednesday.

According to the statement the incident occurred on August 23rd when Joseph visited his lover’s home and met another man, who was also reportedly in a relationship with the same woman.

Angered by the situation, Joseph allegedly pulled out a single-barrel gun and shot the other man.

The statement said, “Attempted Murder – This married man, Mr Ajagba Joseph aged 43 on 23rd of Aug, went to his concubine’s house n met a co concubine, he became angry and shot the other concubine with his single barrel gun, victim recuperating, suspect in custody and will soon be charged to court.
