Nollywood actor and movie producer, Lateef Adedimeji has expressed excitement at receiving an award for his role in Femi Adebayo’s movie, Jagun Jagun.
Taking to his Instagram page to share a clip from the ceremony, he stated that being honored on stage alongside the gods of Nollywood was one of the highlights of his career. He vowed to never forget the moment, which he is proud of.
He gave a shout-out to Africa International Film Festival for the recognition and award.

Recall that his wife, Mo Bimpe had shared the touching story behind her husband’s phenomenal role in the movie, recounting his excruciating pain.
With a video, Mo Bimpe recounted how her husband broke his leg while filming and how worried she was because of the pain he was in.
Praising him, she crowned him her Superhero as she cheered on him for his hard work, dedication, determination, and talent.
Femi Adebayo, the producer of the movie, had also recalled how Lateef’s accident inspired the cast and commanded the set.
He acknowledged his resilience spirit that inspired the cast, noting how he delivered his best despite his accident.
While speaking about his role n the movie, Lateef Adedimeji broke down in tears, as he expressed gratitude to Femi Adebayo, for his encouragement when he felt like giving up.
