“But you are fighting your helpers” Netizens tackle Portable as he speaks on his greatest fear

Popular controversial singer, Portable Omolalomi has caused a stir online as he re-expressed his fears against poverty.

The singer via his Instagram page had shared an old interview video, where he expressed his fears about poverty, noting how no one celebrates failure and as such, he doesn’t want to get broke.

According to him, he can do anything to get money, whether it be taking the role of a creator, musician, or entertainer, as long as it pays his bill, he would do it. However, the only thing he can’t do is steal.

Speaking on the entertainment industry, Portable noted how it is highly competitive and operation ‘Fight For Yourself’. He reemphasized that he is fighting poverty.

“The entertainment industry is a war zone you have to fight for yourself.

Anything in that life you have to fight. Inside life, na poverty we dey fight. I don’t want to go broke, they don’t celebrate failure. I am a content creator, a musician, and an entertainer, I can do everything just because of money but I can’t steal. I am a street boy – SOS (Save Our Soul)”, he said in the resurfaced video.

Taking to his comment section, many tackled him over his fear as they noted how he is always fighting his helpers.

Portable gained widespread popularity after the release of his song “Zazu Zeh” in December 2021 where he featured rapper, singer, and songwriter, Olamide and dancer, Iwe Pascal better known as Poco Lee.

Since he came into the spotlight, Portable has been involved in a series of controversies and has accused almost everyone he worked with of trying to rip him.

He had slammed Poco Lee for allegedly ripping him off on their hit track, fought dirty with his first manager Quadri Taoreed better known as Kogbagidi, accusing him of taking the SUV he was gifted by a fan, and had parted ways with his second manager, Yusuf Adepitan aka Ijoba Federal.

Speaking out, Danku claimed that everyone around the artiste was tired of him because of his erratic behavior and refuted claims of being indebted to him.

Recently, Portable changed his management for the umpteenth time as he released a press statement distancing himself from his Road manager over her financial misappropriation and unethical industry practices.

In an interview, Portable opened up on his rise to fame, stressing that dancer, Poco Lee and singer, Olamide didn’t make him famous.

On how he linked up with Poco Lee and Olamide, Portable noted how people would locate one when their time for greatness has come, as he revealed that they linked up with him through DMS.

Speaking on his rise to fame, Portable reemphasized that no one made him who he is today. However, he gave credit to his fans and God for making him who he is today.
