Sonia Adesewa the ex-wife of footballer, Jude Ighalo has reacted to rumors that he is expecting a child with his ‘fiancee’.

According to reports, the Nigerian footballer who shares three kids with his ex-wife, is set to become a father again as his alleged ‘fiancee’ is carrying his fourth child.

Taking to her Instagram story, Sonia made it known that she was unbothered with the rumors as she is currently in a campaign tour. She however, vowed to return before the naming ceremony.

She wrote:

Them: Ighalo and his fiancee are expecting their first child

Me: 😄😅😄😅🤣”

Them: someone check on his ex-wife

Me: I’m unavailable bruh

I am currently on a campaign tour. I promise to return before the naming ceremony”.

She went on to quote the lyrics of music star, Davido’s popular hit song, Unavailable.

Sonia reacts to rumors of Jude Ighalo expecting another child
Last week, Sonia had made series of posts, praising her ex-husband Jude for being a good father to their kids, and also indulging her cravings.

The posts she made spurred a lot of reactions online, with quite a number of netizens, accusing her of trying to win back his favor. Shutting it down, she stated that she will post and celebrate him whenever she wants because he is the father of her kids. She made it known that if anyone thinks sharing his picture means she is looking for a path back, then they’re deceiving themselves as she reminded them how she was the one who walked of her marriage.

Sonia got married to Jude Ighalo in 2009 but separated in 2020 after 10 years of marriage. Since their separation, the couple have been embroiled in social media drama as Sonia hasn’t refrained from taking shots at him.

Giving a hint to their split, she had accused BBNaija’s Uriel Oputa of sleeping with Jude Ighalo, which Uriel refuted.

In December, she announced that she had found love again, by sharing a photo of her lover, whose face she covered with emoji, and gushing over him. She stated that her man had given her the confidence to believe in love again after the many disappointments she went through.

Following her new relationship, she confirmed her marital stance with Jude, revealing that they separated in 2019, but got back in 2021, and pulled the plug in 2022 without his signature. She claimed that the footballer crawled back again to her and she accepted because of the kids. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out because of his family.
