Actress and deputy governorship candidate for Lagos State, Funke Akindele, has penned sweet words to her stylist, Mimi Yina popularly known as Medlin Boss as she clocks a new age today, August 10.
The actress, who reconciled with her stylist in December 2021 following their months of beef, has showered love on her.
Sharing several photos of them in twinnie outfits, Funke Akindele prayed for her to have many fruitful years on earth.
“Mimi of life!!! Happy birthday to you dear. Here’s wishing you many more fruitful years on earth in good health and wealth. Have fun dear! Pls send cake o”.
There had been speculations that Funke Akindele had been at loggerhead with her stylist Medlin Boss over unknown reasons.
Their beef became more evident after the famous stylist celebrated her birthday, and Funke Akindele ignored her and failed to attend the birthday party.
Also, the social media tags on Funke Akindele’s birthday and anniversary outfit showed that Medlin Boss did not style her.
However, an Instagram blogger Cutie-Julls alleged that the war between Funke and her stylist started after she gave her material to sew.
According to the blogger, Funke did not like the outcome of the clothes, considering the amount of material she bought.
Upset about the outfit, Funke Akindele decided not to attend the event but follow the event’s activities online. She was surprised that Medlin had a piece of her material on her dress.

Without confronting Medlin, Funke Akindele blocked her on all social media until the stylist apologised for her wrongs.
Putting the rumours of beef to rest, Funke Akindele took to social media to share beautiful moments at an event as they were seen showing off their dance step.
This meant they had finally settled their long-time issues, as Funke Akindele also tagged her Instagram page to the post.
