Call Emergency Meeting to Resolve G-5 Governors, Atiku Party Crisis – Segelu Urges PDP NEC

A Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and aspirant in the just concluded 2023 House Representatives Primaries, Hon. Olayinka Segelu has urged National Executive Council (PDP NEC), Governor Seyi Makinde and the 2023 Presidential Flagg Bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar to sheathe their sword and work together to win Presidential and Governorship elections in Nigeria.

Segelu stated this while addressing journalists in Ibadan, the Oyo State Capital.

He admonished Governor Seyi Makinde and the G-5 Governors to forget the past and work together in the interest of the party for the 2023 general elections.

Segelu said “People are expecting our party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to rescue Nigerians from abject poverty thrown to them by President Buhari led Federal Government, we should all work together for Atiku to win 2023 presidential election in order for us to rescue Nigerians from bad governance”.

Segelu continued, “If Muhamadu Buhari led Federal Government could not produce a single refinery for two term, then opposition party need to brace up for good governance”.

He added that the present administration in the State led by Engineer Seyi Makinde had performed creditably well across the seven geo-political zones with developmental projects across Oyo State, urging him to broker peace between G-5 Governors, PDP and Atiku Abubakar for the sake of the poor masses.

“I am one of the Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Oyo State, I have my followers, we are confused, our parry is in crisis and at this point in time we need to work together for PDP to win the 2023 general elections across the States in Nigeria”.

The Chairman YSEG Hotel Ibadan called on the leadership of the PDP, National Executive Council to call an emergency meeting to resolve the lingering crisis in the party before the 2023 presidential elections in Nigeria.
