“God turn my battle to blessing” – Portable prays as he tenders apology to Ogun State government

Controversial street singer Habeeb Okikiola, well known by his stage name Portable Omolalomi, has tendered an apology to the Ogun State government.

It is was reported that for the past few weeks, the controversial singer had gotten into the wrong side of the law which led the Ogun State Police Command to declare him wanted. The state police force accused him of conspiracy, serious assault, armed, breach of public peace, and attempted murder through the recruitment of armed thugs.

A scared Portable denied the allegations against him, claiming the arrest warrant was meant to attack him. He called the force evil and challenged it to share the evidence of their claims.

Taking to his Instagram story an hour ago, Portable prayed to God to turn his battle into a blessing and allow his grace to speak for him. He begged his Maker not to allow his enemies to shame him and to open ways because of his children and family.

Tendering an apology to the Ogun State government, he expressed how sorry he was as he revealed that his fear of them made him on the run.

“Oba Anu. Am going out today. God turn my battle to blessings. Let your grace speak for me. God don’t let my enemy shame me.

Open my ways because of my children and family and those people I dey help. God help me send my own helper to me.
Ogun State Government am sorry, na fear make me dey run. Thank God police is our friend and family. God dey everywhere, God forgive me. I believe in you. Any disappointment is a blessing.
If you believe wait for God.
Anu olohun grace no dey finish”.

Recall that in the first week of February, Portable cried out as the government sealed his uncompleted building and hotel over illegal development without an approval permit and detained some of his customers and workers.

Following the incident, he said he had to protect his families and properties first as he canceled his show in London. Portable noted how if there was life, he would have the opportunity to perform in many countries.

Last weekend, Portable lamented over the maltreatment he was receiving in Ogun State, as he noted how he has done so much for his state, yet nobody appreciates him or values him.
