Portable Speaks On Romantic Affair With Late Alaafin’s Ex-Wife

Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, well known as Portable, has expressed his grievances over reports of an alleged romantic relationship with the ex-wife of late Alaafin of Oyo, Queen Damilola.

It was earlier reported that there have been rumours that Dami, who was banned from returning to the palace after the death of Oba Adeyemi, is in a romantic relationship with the ‘Zazoo’ crooner.

Although the duo have been silent about the speculations but a check on their Instagram pages shows how they both expressed love to each other at different times in the comment section.

The Zazuu Crooner and Queen Dami referred to each other as king and queen alongside a series of love emojis.

Dami had come under heavy backlash for getting involved with the street pop artiste despite being a former wife of royalty.

In what appears as a direct response to the swirling comments, Queen Dami took to her Instagram page to assert that a relationship goes beyond just being with an attractive guy but about being with a man who can bring happiness and embrace people for who they truly are.

Taking to his Instagram page, Portable frowned at how bloggers are quick to post about his relationship but fail to promote his music.

The singer also shaded the controversial Instagram blogger who broke the news of the alleged romantic affair with Queen Dami, adding his relationship is nobody’s business.

He captioned the video: “I beg make una dey post our progress. NA MUSIC WE DEY PROMOTE No Be relationships…. my MOVEMENT not YOURS Eyin Blogger Blogger.”
