Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has congratulated Chief Dotun Sanusi, Chairman of Ilaji Hotels and Resorts, on his installation as the Okanlomo Oodua by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi.

described the honour as a well-deserved recognition of his unparalleled contributions to Yoruba land.
The lawmaker said that the prestigious title underscored Sanusi’s commitment to community development, cultural preservation and the upliftment of humanity.
Senator Alli commended Sanusi for his visionary leadership and impact-driven investments, noting that Ilaji Resorts has grown into a foremost tourism, sports and hospitality hub through his exceptional dedication.
He said that Sanusi’s support for traditional institutions, promotion of unity and consistent philanthropy have cemented his place as one of the leading lights of Oyo State and the South Western zone.
The lawmaker said that Sanusi’s installation as Okanlomo Oodua reflected his deep-rooted values of service, integrity and cultural pride.
Senator Alli urged the new Okanlomo Oodua to sustain his selfless efforts in promoting peace, inclusiveness and the prosperity of Yoruba land.
While praying for greater wisdom, strength, and divine favour for Sanusi, Alli expressed confidence that the honour would further propel him to greater accomplishments.
