Photostory: Germany Hands Over Stolen Benin Bronzes To Nigeria
The German Government on Tuesday returned stolen Benin bronzes to Nigeria in Abuja. The German Minister of Foreign Affairs, Annalena Baerbock, handed over 22 of the 1,130 looted artefacts to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, and the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed.
