Nollywood actress Rita Edochie seems to have reacted to her nephew, Yul Edochie’s message to his gender.
It was reported that the actor who took a break from his ministry had made his return on Sunday, with an advice to his gender. He stated that men who desire to have something with a married woman must ensure she is divorced. He added that it is inappropriate for a man to sleep with a married woman because it is a destroyer and would weaken one spiritually.
Taking to her Instagram page hours ago, Rita stated that people should do to others what they want them to do to them. She added that people should learn to practice what they preach.
“Do onto others ooo what you want others to do unto you simple ooo.
Abeg oo. Make una dey try dey practice wetin una dey preach give us oo. Mek Chukwu Abiama no come dey para ooo”.
Similarly, Uche Maduagwu pointed out the hypocrisy at which Yul was sleeping with a married woman, Judy Austin before she became his second wife. He stated that the actor needed church prayers as he gave kudos to his estranged wife, May Edochie for enduring with him.
Recall that in 2022, Judy Austin’s alleged ex-husband, Mr Obasi, had cried out for help over custody of his kids as he disclosed how he spent heavily on Judy so she could have a degree, but she started dating Yul in 2012 while still married to him, and later packed out of their house with the kids after he refused to buy her a house in Enugu.
However, Judy had debunked his statement as she shed light on how she met Yul, claiming she met him years after her first marriage was dissolved in 2013. The fast-rising actress claimed the reports that circulated about her cheating on her former husband were false.
Following his marriage to Judy, Yul has had a rocky relationship with his aunt who he called out last year, while reacting to why death of late singer, Mohbad. He slammed his aunty, Rita, who he stated had never called him on the phone since his affair with Judy, but has been vocal about their marital drama.
Replying him, Rita expressed gratitude to God that he still regarded her as her Aunty as she revealed how his words struck her deeply. She stated that Yul wasn’t the subject matter, hence the reason she doesn’t talk to him because he isn’t himself anymore and is in a cage.
