Opeyemi Bamidele emerges Senate leader, Umahi Deputy

The Nigerian now has a new set of leaders. Senate President Godswill Akpabio disclosed this on Tuesday, July 4, when the senate resumed plenary after three weeks vacation.

According to Akpabio, Senator Opeyemi Bamideleis now the new Senate Majority Leader while David Umahi
is now the Deputy Majority Leader. Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume is now the Senate Majority Whip while Senator Lola Ashiruis now the Deputy Majority Whip
