Funke disclosed that when Jumoke was alive, she contacted Jide Awobona to inquire about her, and he responded that Jumoke preferred that people contact her for job opportunities.

Adeola responded to her Instagram live video by telling her to quit acting, stating that the actress only contacted him after Jumoke had died. He thought it was strange that she didn’t have Jumoke’s phone number and questioned why he had to contact her coworker, Jide Awobona, to reach the deceased.
