“God turned my mourning into dancing and changed my story” – Toyin Alausa

Nollywood actress Toyin Alausa was a proud grandmother as her grandson attended church on Sunday, August 27th, 2024.

On her Instagram page, the proud grandmother revealed that her bundle of joy went to church. She noted how God turned her mourning into dancing, changed her story and increased her family. She appreciated her Maker for his unending love and blessings upon her children and also appreciated their family, friends and everyone who stood in the gap for her.

Toyin added that God is in her study and He isn’t finished.

“My Adorable Bundle of Joy Went to Church Yesterday.

Seeing how God turned my mourning into dancing, changed my story and increased my Family, I couldn’t think of a better Song than what we started this journey with

Thank You AGBANILAGBATAN for your unending love and blessings upon My Children.

THANK YOU CCI GLASGOW, FAMILY, FRIENDS AND EVERYONE THAT HAS STOOD IN THE GAP FOR US.

GOD IS IN THIS STORY, AND HE’s NOT FINISHED YET”.

It was reported in June that Toyin Alausa had shed tears of joy as she became a grandmother. The movie star urged her fans to join her in thanking God as she noted how God had changed her story, decorated her with honour, gave her a new name and blessed her with a grandchild.

She recounted how the couple pranked her on April 1st, 2023 and she had already burst into tears of joy shouting and dancing, only for them to say it was a prank, and now their prank has become a reality.

Recall that on September, 17th, 2022, Toyin’s son, Muyiwa Rotimi got married. The talented screen goddess was emotional as her son took the first step to forever. Sharing clips from the beautiful moment on her Instagram page, Alausa prayed for parents to witness such an indescribable experience.

On their first anniversary last year, Rotimi recounted how he was heading to Ikoyi Registry with his mother, grandmother and many others, where he made the best decision to seal a lifetime journey with the love of his life. Noting how this is just the beginning for them, he likened him and his wife to a baby; who have grown, crawled and now are learning to walk.
