“Home Is Where the Heart Heals” – Actress Adunni Ade Shares Emotional Moment Visiting Her Ailing Mother in Kentucky.

Despite her demanding schedule as a celebrated Nollywood actress, Adunni Ade continues to prove that family remains her top priority.

The actress took to her Instagram page to share a touching video capturing her road trip to Kentucky, where she visited her ailing mother in the hospital and spent cherished moments with her sister and newborn niece.

Reflecting on the trip, Adunni wrote that sometimes the most meaningful journeys aren’t about discovering new places but about returning home to love and peace.

“Sometimes the best trips don’t take you somewhere new — they take you back home. Road trip to Kentucky, spent time with my mom and sister, and ended the night full of love and peace,” she wrote.

Her post drew warm reactions from fans and followers who commended her devotion to family.

“Nothing beats family,” one user, Oladeji.mariam, commented.

Another, faceaskincare, offered prayers: “Get well soon, mama.”

“Family first. You’re a great lady, Adunni,” wrote jellyfish2715765, while jewelolajumoke described the video as “wholesome.”

This emotional moment comes a year after Adunni made headlines when she jokingly responded to a fan questioning her complexion by saying she had bleached her skin.

In previous interviews, the mother of two has also been open about the struggles of single motherhood, revealing how difficult it was to break the news of her first pregnancy to her father while in college. She recounted feeling devastated at the time but said the experience strengthened her resolve to succeed and provide the best life for her children.
