Oyo 2027: Senator Alli promises inclusive devt., expands grassroots consultations

Senator (Dr) Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has assured that no zone or council area in Oyo State would be neglected under his leadership, pledging inclusive governance and balanced development across all regions.

The leading APC governorship aspirant gave the assurance while mobilising support, noting the growing momentum behind his ambition and widespread acceptance across political structures in Oyo State.

Senator Alli spoke during consultative visits to Saki West, Saki East and Atibo Federal Constituency as part of ongoing grassroots engagements ahead of his declaration.

He reaffirmed his commitment to balanced development and equitable distribution of resources, expressing confidence that the people would entrust him with the mandate to lead Oyo State forward.

The lawmaker stressed that his administration would prioritise agro-industrial development, leveraging Oyo State’s vast agricultural potential to create employment opportunities, ensure food security and stimulate sustainable economic growth.

Senator Alli also outlined plans to reposition the education sector through strategic investments, improved infrastructure and policies designed to expand access to quality education, particularly in underserved rural communities.

He listed his agenda for critical sectors including healthcare, infrastructure and youth empowerment, stressing that sustainable and people-oriented development would remain central to his administration’s policies.

The visits attracted enthusiastic responses from party faithful, community leaders and stakeholders, offering a platform for meaningful interactions and exchange of ideas on the future development of Oyo State.
