Ibadan APC leaders endorse Alli for Oyo Governorship Race

Prominent All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders in Ibadan have endorsed Senator Sharafadeen Alli for the 2027 Oyo governorship election.

The leaders described Alli as a AAẞÀtested administrator, grassroots poliAAawtician and unifying figure capable of repositioning Oyo State for sustainable development and inclusive governance.

They said the endorsement followed extensive consultations across Ibadanland, stressing that Alli possesses the experience, competence and political network required to lead the state successfully.

According to the leaders, Alli’s representation at the National Assembly has demonstrated commitment to quality legislation, empowerment programmes and people-oriented projects across Oyo South Senatorial District.

They also commended his loyalty and contributions to the growth of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State over the years.

The stakeholders urged party members and residents of the state to rally behind Alli’s governorship aspiration in order to ensure continuity of progressive ideals and accelerated development

Responding, Alli appreciated the confidence reposed in him, promising to run an inclusive administration that would prioritise infrastructure, education, healthcare, youth empowerment and economic growth across Oyo State.
