Abuja-Based Advocacy Group Honors Ekiti Tourism DG for Integrity and Service Delivery

The Centre for Peace and Self Value Re-orientation, an Abuja-based advocacy group, has presented an award to Barr. Wale Ojo-Lanre, the Director-General of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development, in recognition of his exemplary service and integrity.

The award was presented to Ojo-Lanre in his office in Ado-Ekiti by the Executive Director of the organization, Mr. Abraham Oyibo. In his remarks, Oyibo stated that the group carefully selected Ojo-Lanre for the award following an impressively satisfactory report on his activities since his appointment as the DG of the Bureau of Tourism Development.

“Barr. Wale Ojo-Lanre has demonstrated a strong commitment to service delivery and upholding the highest standards of integrity in his role as the Director-General of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism Development,” said Oyibo. “His actions , deeds and achievements have not gone unnoticed, and we are proud to honor him with this award as a token of our appreciation and to further propel him in his continuous service to the people of Ekiti State.”

Ojo-Lanre, in his acceptance speech, expressed his gratitude for the recognition and pledged to continue his efforts to drive the development of the tourism industry in Ekiti State. “I am humbled by this award, and it serves as a motivation for me to keep working tirelessly to promote the tourism potential of Ekiti State and create more opportunities for the people,” he said.
