The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye has bagged The Nurudeen Islam Mosque( As-Sadat Tijaniyat Li Ibrahimiyat Movement of Nigeria) Exemplary Leader 2025 Award of Excellence. The Award was presented to Hon Akinwole Akinleye in recognition of his contribution to the development of Islam at the Annual Maolud Nabiyy and special prayer of the movement.
While presenting the award, the convener Alhaji Gezali lauded Hon Akinwole’s Leadership Acumen and extolled his human management skills. He further appreciated Hon Akinwole Akinleye for been a balanced man who despite been a Christian has contributed immensely to the growth and propagation of Islam. He charged other public servants to emulate the goodwill of Hon Akinwole for a better future of the country.
Hon Akinwole Akinleye while appreciating the Organizers of the programme for the honor stated that the award is a call to do more which he is ready to always do. He assured the people of Akinyele Local Government and Ibadanland that he will continue to do his best to make them proud always.
Hon Akinwole Akinleye also used the opportunity to reassure the public of his commitment to continuously make positive impacts and promote a sustainable and safer environment for all. He promised not to relent in his service to humanity regardless of political or religious affiliations.
