Akinyele Executive Chairman Inspects Alagba/Agbirigidi Road, Express Satisfaction with the high level of progress made by Contractor, Praise Gov Makinde.

The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye has praised the Executive Governor of Oyo state, His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde for the Rehabilitation of the Alagba/Agbirigidi Road in Akinyele Local Government.

Hon Akinwole Akinleye lauded the Governor for Embarking on various projects that will expose the state to investors and put the state on a global map. The Road Rehabilitation which when completed will ease the movement of residents and Also make accessibility issue a thing of the past.

In a statement made Available to the public through his Media Aide, Ogundipe Miracle, Hon Akinwole Akinleye Expressed Satisfaction at the level of progress made by the Contractors on the Road.

“We appreciate our principal, The Executive Governor of Oyo state, His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde for embarking on this Road project. This Road has been yearning for Rehabilitation for long as it is a road that links up various villages and makes the villages easily access the city”

“Furthermore, when this project is completed, it will definitely ease the transport burden of our farmers and also expose people around here to the outside world”

“I am deeply satisfied with the high level of Progress made by the contractor and what we are seeing here today shows that the contractor is living up to expectation. Very soon we expect this project to be completed and be useful to everyone”

“When you have a good road network, it open doors for industrialists and investors,Akinyele Local Government has a great landmass in the which is suitable for setting up any kind of industry, but that without good roads, there wouldn’t be development.”

Hon Akinwole Akinleye used the opportunity to reiterate his commitment to fulfilling the promises he made during the campaign period.

Present at the inspection exercise alongside the chairman include The Head of Local Government Administration, Dr(Mrs) Busari, Director of Administrative and General Services, Alh Musibau, The Director of Works, Engr Majaro, The Local Government Auditor, The Budget Officer, Mr Lukman, The Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman, Hon Aderinwale Adeyemi Amongst Others.
