Akinyele Executive Chairman Welcomes New Corp Members, Encourage them to utilize the service period effectively.

The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye in the early hours of today received Batch B stream 1 corp members posted to Akinyele Local Government in his office Local Government office, Moniya.

The Batch B Stream 1 Corp Members who recently completed their mandatory three- week orientation Programme at The Iseyin camp were welcomed to the fastest growing local Government in Oyo state and were encouraged to fully utilize the one year service period effectively.

In his words, Hon Akinwole Akinleye said, “ I Welcome you all to the Fastest Growing Local Government in Oyo state and the Southwest. It is Indeed a great privilege for you to be posted to this local government at this period of time and I want you to take full advantage of this opportunity “

“ Whenever I meet Corp members, it brings back the memories of my service days. As a Corp Member, this period is a time for you to mould your future positively. Your Ability to utilize the service year will determine how well it would open doors for You. For me I still can freely go back to where I served because we related like families and it has helped me a lot”

“This Local Government will do its best to give you a resounding and lasting memory that you will always wish to remember. Our Local Government is an accommodating and supportive one. I urge you all to cooperate with us to make your stay an impactful one . My Office is open to you all, feel free to come here, it belongs to you all. Once again Congratulations and I wish you a wonderful service year”.

One of the new corps members, Abdullahi who responded on behalf of his fellow corps members, Appreciated the Executive Chairman for his warm welcome and words of Encouragement. He assured the Chairman of their maximum cooperation and expressed Confidence that with what they have seen and Heard in the little time they arrived, They are in for a great service year.

Receiving the Corp members alongside the Executive Chairman includes, The Vice Chairman, Hon Sakiru Akintunde, The Head of Local Government Administration Dr Busari, The Director of Administrative and General Services Alh Musibau, The Director of Education and Social Services, Mr Durosaro, The Local Government Information Officer, Mr Adedoja, the NYSC Akinyele LG inspector (LGI) amongst others.
