IBADAN RECIEVES TINUBU, SHETTIMA WITH A BANG
All is now set for the Presidential rally of the All Progressives Congress APC holding at the historic Mapo Hall beginning from Ten O’clock this morning.
The venue, stage and all other necessary arrangements have been perfected to ensure that everything goes smoothly at the rally where majority of the state governors, ministers, top government functionaries, captains of industries, political heavyweights and lovers of progress in Nigeria, would be in attendance.
A statement issued in Ibadan this morning by the Chairman of Media and Publicity Committee for the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Oyo State, Alhaji Kehinde Olaosebikan disclosed that All roads leading to the venue from various parts of Ibadan have been fully secured to guarantee easy, smooth and peaceful passage for people coming for the rally and for other citizens too going about their businesses in all parts of Ibadan and Oyo State in general.
The ambience around Ibadan from Alakia Airport to New Ife Road to Iwo Road, Idi Ape, Gate, Oje, Labiran, Bere to Mapo; from New Garage to Challenge to Bode, Idiarere, Oja Oba to Mapo has turned progressively beautiful as both sides of the roads are now adorned with different shades of signage (billboards, banners, posters, graffiti and mascots) of the All Progressives Congress, all welcoming Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima to Ibadan, the capital of the Pacesetter State.
Enthusiastic members of the All Progressives Congress decked in beautiful party attires were already seeing making their ways to the venue as early as 7. 30am.
The presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Jagaban Borgu and obviously the most popular, accepted and loved candidate in the presidential race and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima would unfold the goodies, the people of Oyo State would be enjoying in terms of better life and greater prosperity from May 29 this year, when they assume office.
