Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has once again lashed out at her colleague Mercy Johnson, accusing her of spiritual misconduct and alleging that her recent weight loss is not due to slimming tea, as claimed.
Mercy Johnson, a mother of four, has recently made headlines over her noticeable weight transformation, which she attributed to the use of slimming tea. However, in a strongly-worded social media post, Okorie dismissed the explanation, suggesting that the weight loss was the result of spiritual consequences rather than lifestyle changes.
“Blood-sucking demon no see blood suck again. E say na slimming tea,” Okorie wrote. “Unless there’s no God, MJ, go and beg the people whose destinies you tampered with and homes you destroyed. No peace for the wicked! Gospel songs won’t save you—your heart is dark.”
This latest outburst is a continuation of a long-standing feud between the two actresses. Last year, Okorie publicly accused Johnson and her late mother of witchcraft during an Instagram Live session with Johnson’s former best friend. The duo alleged that Johnson was involved in spiritual manipulation within the entertainment industry, even naming music group Style Plus among alleged victims.
Okorie claimed that many individuals have privately reached out to her with damning revelations about Johnson, suggesting that the public would be shocked if they knew the full extent.
Responding to those who suggested her comments were the result of a mental breakdown, Okorie insisted she was speaking her truth. She also accused Mercy Johnson and actor Zubby Michael of orchestrating online smear campaigns against her.
Following the renewed conflict, Okorie revealed she had unfollowed Regina Daniels—Mercy Johnson’s goddaughter—and others she believes are aligned against her. She alleged repeated spiritual attacks from their camp, claiming they had failed and vowed that her enemies would soon “cry blood.”
Despite the ongoing tension, Mercy Johnson has remained silent on the matter at the time of this report.
