In a recent Instagram post, Actress Mary Njoku celebrated her husband’s birthday by sharing their beautuful love story and how her husband had proposed to her after just 4 days.
Mary disclosed that their love story began with an immediate connection. Her husband expressed his deep affection by stating that he was already in love with her and wanted forever with her.
Initially take aback by the swiftness of the proposal, Mary reflected on his sincere intentions. She also reminisced about the early days of their marriage, a time that was marked by humble beginnings. She revealed that they used to have their mattress on the floor, share a kitchen with five other staff, and lacked amenities like clean running water. Mary even recalled fetching water while tied in a towel.
She also revealed that her husband without a car of his own, used hers, but she had known he was ambitious.
”We fell in love. Started dating. And in 4 days, HE PROPOSED. ‘I am in love with you Mary. And if we cross this month, we will be together forever’ I didn’t know how to respond. 4 days was too early to be thinking of ‘forever’ | guess. But the guy get plans.
