Dancer: I’m Just Trying To Be Strong – Korra Obidi

US-based Nigerian dancer, Korra Obidi, broke down in tears during a Facebook Live as she told her fans she’s been merely trying to be strong amid the drama that had trailed her marriage in recent days.

Obidi’s husband, Justin Dean, had earlier this month announced they were getting divorced sparking reactions.

Starting the Live, Obidi apologised to fans disappointed by the breakdown of her ‘perfect’ interracial marriage. She then said, videos of her dancing and smiling on social media were attempts to cover up her pain.

She said, “You might see me strong, you might see me dancing, when you see me doing those things, just know I’m trying to hold things together. I’m just trying to be strong, for my girls. I’m just trying to keep things together.”
