Hon Akinwole Akinleye Hosts Oyo state NYSC Director, assures him of continuous support for corp members.

The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye has assured the Oyo state NYSC of his undying commitment to the welfare of Corp members and also prioritize their well being and safety.

Hon Akinleye made this known during a courtesy visit paid to the Local Government by the Oyo State NYSC Director, Mr Odoba Abel Oche. He stated that the Local Government plays a crucial role in the smooth operations of the NYSC because majority of Corp Members Posted to serve in rural Areas support Developmental strides through their contributions at their Primary Place of Assignments.

Hon Akinleye narrated how his career and life took a great shape through his NYSC experience. He implored NYSC members to make the best out of their service year because they do not know what the future holds for them. He assured the Oyo State NYSC Director of more collaborations to make life easy for Corp Members.

While appreciating Hon Akinleye for his humanitarian and selfless contributions to safeguarding the lives, improving the welfare of Corp members and giving ample opportunity to be hosted , The Oyo State NYSC Director, Mr Odoba Abel Oche described Hon Akinleye as a Builder that has been creating avenues for his people to grow with a large heart whose humanitarian gestures knows no bounds. He stated that he is proud of the achievements that the council boss has been able to achieve within a short time.

The Oyo state NYSC Director, Mr Odoba while also congratulating Hon Akinleye on his victory at the polls, described Oyo State as a pacesetter State that has been setting the pace and saluted the security architecture put in place by the State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde to ensure security of lives and properties within the state. He stated that Oyo State orientation camp has the most serene environment in the Country and it emphasizes why the state is a pacesetter state. He emphasized the importance of Corp members to integrate into the community where they find themselves and make positive impacts in the Local Government. He stated the further Stated some issues confronting the Corp members within and outside the local government.

Hon Akinleye while offering solutions to the issues stated, Appreciated the Oyo State NYSC Director for the great works he has been doing since he came. Hon Akinleye Also promised to make available some plots of land for the Corper’s Lodge to make life easy for Corp members.

Present at the Meeting alongside the Executive Chairman were The Head of Local Government Administration, Dr(Mrs) Busari, The Director of Administrative and General Services, Alh Musibau, Director of Education, Mr Durosharo, The Local Government NYSC officer, Mr Gbenga, Director of Finance, Special Assistants to the Local Government Chairman, Corp Members Amongst Others.
