I Wish You Success In Your Second Term In Office – Olopoeyan Congratulates Gov. Makinde

The Southwest leader of the New Nigerian People’s Party ( NNPP ), Alhaji Adebisi Olopoeyan on Monday joined well-wishers to congratulate the state governor, Seyi Makinde as he took the oath of office to begin his second term as governor.

Olopoeyan, a long-time political ally of Gov Makinde wished the governor additional success as he start a journey of another four years in office

It will be recalled that, both Makinde and Olopoeyan rekindled their friendship two month ago after 3 years of political differences.

While congratulating the governor, Olopoeyan explained that Makinde’s performance during his first term is exceptional and the second term for him will put Oyo state at a developmental advantage.

” I congratulate Governor Makinde for ending his first four years successfully, it was an opportunity with a privilege and he made use of it excellently well, I wish him more success as he began another four years in office today.

” Though, our political affiliation is now different, but, I will not hide my good feelings for the state governor, who won the second term election against all odds.

” Today, I join family, friends, political associates, and people of Oyo state to congratulate Governor Makinde as he begins the journey of another four years as Oyo state governor, I knew he has done it before, and doing it again will be easier”. Olopoeyan concluded.
