I’m so happy” – Funke Akindele gushes over career achievement amidst marriage saga

Popular Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, rejoices as she bags an invitation to Class 2022 of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures is the largest museum in the United States devoted to the arts, sciences, and artists of moviemaking.


The actress was nominated alongside prominent international stars, the likes of Caitriona Balfe, Jessie Buckley, and Reed Birney.

Taking to Instagram to express the overwhelming joy despite the struggle of separation from her husband, Funke Akindele wrote;
