K-drama star Song Jae-lim is found d£#d at his home with “note found at the scene”.

South Korean actor Song Jae-rim has passed away at the age of 39.

According to Seoul Seongdong Police, a friend found the actor, known for his role in the TV series Moon Embracing the Sun, dec£@sed at his home in Seoul.

The friend had arrived for lunch around 12:30 pm and discovered the actor’s body, along with a note at the scene. 

Police have confirmed that there were no signs of foul play, but the cause of d£#th remains unknown.

A family statement revealed that a private funeral for family members will take place on November 14.

Korean outlet Soompi reported that a two-page letter was found at the scene.

Song Jae-rim’s notable roles include Moon Embracing the Sun (2012), Actresses (2009), and the reality show We Got Married (2014). He also appeared in other K-dramas, such as Inspiring Generations, Hot Ramen, Cool Guys, and Queen Woo, and recently starred in the musical La Rose De Versailles, with his last performance on October 13.

Fans have taken to social media to share their condolences.

One X user wrote: “WHAT! ! I can believe this yesterday I was rewatching ‘we got married’ I love his couple with Seoun omg rest in peace and my condolences to his family and friends.”

Another fan wrote: “I just finished Queen Woo just this time and opened my feeds and this news saddened and shocked me. I knew him first because of Running Man and 2ne1’s MV Go Away. Rest well Song Jae Rim.”
