Let Us End Polio, It Is Dangerous to Our Health, Society – Segun Sotiloye, President RC Ibadan Oritamefa

Globally, the campaign against Polio virus has been on the increase, and one of the reasons why many organizations have been on the edge of the advocacy for the taking of Polio vaccine by all to prevent the virus.

In furtherance to the campaign, Rotary Club of Ibadan Oritamefa, joining other numerous government and Non-governmental organizations to campaign and advocate for free Polio virus in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

The President, Rotary Club of Ibadan Oritamefa, Dr. Segun Shotiloye, explained why featuring on a popular radio program in Ibadan, that, Polio virus is dangerous to our health and human existence, and one reasons why we all must collectively fight this virus and make the society a safer one for all to live.

Kindly recall that,. Rotary International, a humanitarian Organization has been the foremost global Organization campaigning and fighting against the spread and increase in the Polio virus through the availability of the Polio vaccine and continuous awareness programs, seminars and workshops to educate and sensitised the general populace.

In celebration of the Free Polio Virus globally, the club, Rotary Club of Ibadan Oritamefa will be visiting Anglican Commercial Grammar School, Total Garden Area, Oritamefa Ibadan to educate and sensitised the secondary school students about their personal hygiene and prevention of the virus in our society.
