Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu has crowned women the most resilient creatures on earth.

Taking to her Instagram page, she noted how a woman can sit in her car, bed, or bathroom crying because she is stressed yet act unbothered, smile, and go about her business like nothing happened.

She noted how women go through a lot as she sent an encouraging message to them, appreciating them for being strong.

“You’d be surprised at how many times a woman sits in her car, on her bed, in the bathroom, or in the living room and quickly cries because she’s so stressed. But when she shows her face again, she looks perfectly fine and unbothered, and she still manages to smile and go about her business like nothing happened.

Women are some of the most resilient creatures, and they go through a lot.

I’d you’re a woman and you’re reading this, I just wanna say I appreciate you for being strong through it all”.
