Olubadan Coronation: Hon Akinwole Akinleye Attends coronation ceremony and presentation of staff of office to the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadan, Congratulates Ibadan Indigenes.

The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye alongside his colleagues joined the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde at the coronation ceremony and presentation of Staff of Office to the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadan land, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin at the Mapo Hall Grounds, Ibadan.

In a Statement made available to the public through his Media Aide, Ogundipe Miracle, Hon Akinwole Akinleye Commended the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency , Engr Seyi Makinde for giving his consent on the nomination of Oba Olakulehin by the Olubadan in Council. He appreciated the Governor for his continual dedication and commitment to the development and progress of Ibadan land and Oyo State at large. He also Extended warm wishes to the Olubadan of Ibadan land on his Coronation.

“ I am delighted to join our Principal, The Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde, The Good people of Oyo state and the fellow indigenes of Ibadan at the Coronation Ceremony and presentation of Staff of Office to the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadan land, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin. It is indeed a commendable achievement in the history of Ibadan land.”

“As an indigene of Ibadan land, I am certain that the coronation of the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadan which validates the noble and cherished tradition of the people of Ibadan people will foster peace and prosperity in Ibadan land. We pray for long life, wisdom, good health and a successful and fulfilling reign”.

Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin, The 43rd Olubadan of Ibadan land was born on the 5th of July, 1935 and coronated today as the 43rd Olubadan of Ibadan land on 12th of July 2024.
