Oyo NACJ Executive Meets CAN Leadership

..seeks for unity among Christians

The leadership of the Oyo State chapter of Nigeria Association of Christian Journalists (NACJ) Oyo State on recently had an interactive session with the leadership of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Oyo State.

In his message, Apostle (Dr) Joshua Akinyemiju who is the Chairman, CAN, Oyo State chapter said it is important for christians in Oyo State come together and spread the gospel of Christ.

Akinyemiju explained that CAN as a religious organization has been contributing it’s expected responsibility to the progress and development of the state.

The Chairman stated that the association as a Christan body is open to Christian groups, associations and individuals who are also interested in propagating the message of hope.

He commended Oyo NACJ for showing exemplary commirment to the works of the gospel in the state assuring then of maximum cooperation in the successful implementation of their mandate.

Earlier, the Chairman, NACJ, Oyo State, Lekan Shobowale stated that the association was established to join in propagating the gospel of Christ through mass media tool.

Shobowale expressed the readiness of the association in complementing the good works of CAN in preaching the gospel.

Also, at the meeting were the secretary if the association, Ikeoye Oyetoro, Dayo Adu, among others
