Oyo state: Police Honor’s policemen who assisted in fixing a Nigeria motorist tyre

The Nigeria Police Force has honored three officers with the Oyo State command for assisting a motorist named Mr,Oluwatosin in distress along Iseyin- Ibadan expressway.

Newzcruise reported around September 2022 about the incident

Mr Tosin was driving on the expressway when he suffered a flat tyre. The police officers who were patrolling the road helped in fixing the tyre for the journey to continue

In a statement released on his X handle, the Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, shared photos of the officers being honored and wrote

“The policemen who assisted a motorist to fix punctured tyre in Oyo Command were honoured today.

They were given commendation letters by the CP Oyo at Eleyele Ibadan. Their professional conduct was indeed commendable,”
