SECURITY: Akinyele Local Government Executive Chairman Holds Joint Security Meeting with major Stakeholders, Commends Security operatives for recent breakthrough, admonish them not to relent

In a bid to improve the security architecture within Akinyele Local Government and to make the security of lives and properties intact, The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye held an important Joint Security meeting with major stakeholders within the Local Government.

In a statement made available to the public through his Media Aide, Ogundipe Miracle, Hon Akinleye commended the Efforts of the various security operatives and also admonished them not to relent in carrying out their duties.

“Today, We are impressed with the breakthrough we have experienced in recent times and it is a great motivation that we are moving in the right direction. It is also worthy of note that this level of breakthrough is a result of the positive collaboration with all stakeholders and it is really encouraging”.

“We appreciate the efforts of all security agencies for performing their duties and effectively and efficiently towards the protection of live and properties. It is also important to know that a safer environment boosts the economic development of such community, therefore we urge you all not relent in ensuring a safer and better environment for all”.

“When we assumed office, I assured you all that we are here to replicate the good deeds of our principal, The Executive Governor of Oyo state, Engr Seyi Makinde in our Local Government and this we will continue until we take our dear Local Government to the peak where we belong. Let’s us all continuously work hand in hand to achieve this goal”.

The Joint security meeting held at the Local Government Conference Hall, Moniya had in attendance alongside the Executive Chairman include The vice chairman, Hon Sakiru Akintunde, the local government Administrative heads,Representatives of various Security operatives Such as TheNigerian Police, The Nigerian Army, Immigration, Customs, NDLEA, Civil Defence, Operation Burst, DSS, Amotekun, Vigilante, Soludero, FRSC among others.

Others present at the meeting include The Traditional Rulers,Representatives of the Community Development Council (CDC), Religious Leaders, Community Leaders and other Stakeholders Within the Local Government.
