Social media users are reacting to a resurfaced video of Nollywood actress Annie Idibia following reports of her being in rehab amid her marital crisis.

It was reported last month that Mabel Makun, the estranged wife of comedian AY, had lost her mother and, to celebrate her life well threw a grand party for her. Many celebrities had shown their support for her, one of which was 2baba and his wife, Annie.

In the wake of 2baba’s divorce announcement, a series of videos from the event is making the rounds, showing the awkward moment 2baba and Annie surprised Mabel with their presence at her mother’s burial party. Annie, who was dressed casually, wore a sheer black shirt paired with white pants and 2baba wore a sky-blue two-piece kaftan. According to reports, the couple came straight from the airport to the event.

Annie’s bizarre appearance and unkempt look at the event left many noting how the actress hasn’t been looking too well.

One Bymbo_Fashion_House wrote, “Even her dressing and her behavior here shows she’s not normal. So no one should blame her hubby. She’s responsible for whatever comes in her direction

There has been lots of talks for the past few days about Annie’s mental state. On Young, Famous and African reality show Mrs Idibia had sparked social media conversation over her bizarre behavior. In the clip, the actress was captured facetiming her legendary singer husband, 2baba as she revealed her desire to return home. She begged the singer to allow her to come back as she noted how her relationship with her co-reality star, Zaria Hassan, was getting worse.

While counting down to her 40th birthday last year, Annie had sparked concern after she shared a video of herself excitedly counting down to her big day. In the clip, the wife of 2baba was captured scratching her body as she talked about the excitement of hitting the 4th stair. The video didn’t sit well with many who felt she was on drugs.

Recall that in 2022, Annie’s brother, Wisdom Macaulay claimed that Annie is a violent person and does erratic things whenever she is angry. He further claimed that the actress introduced him to drugs as she is a drug addīct.
