Singer Kizz Daniel quits smoking on his 28th birthday

Popular Nigerian Singer, Kizz Daniel, has taken to his social media page to reveal that he has taken the bold decision to quit smoking.

Vado as he is fondly referred said he is quitting the habit because of his kids and those who love him.

He also advised those still struggling with the addiction to try to stop because it is not a good thing to do.

“To celebrate my birthday, for the sake of my kids and those who really love me.

I quit.

THose of you still struggling with this addiction, it is not cool and it is not good, trust me.

May God save us all,” he said

According to the Federal Ministry of Health, Cigarette smoking suppresses the immune system, increases risk of lung infections, can cause heart & lung disease.
