The President, Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday, commissioned the first phase of the Lagos Blue Rail Line in Lagos State. He also joined the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and other dignitaries in a ride from the Marina Station to National Theatre Station.
