Tems Stole The Show, Yul Edochie

Actor, Yul Edochie, has hailed Nigerian artiste Tems for her white outfit that obscured other Oscars attendees’ views.

The singer wore a dramatic dress with a shoulder piece that wrapped around her head, making audience members sitting behind her unable to see the stage at the Dolby Theatre, Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

Speaking on the backlash Tems received online for the dress, Edochie tweeted on Monday, “Before you criticise #temsbaby for her Oscar dress, attend the Oscars first. Just like Will Smith’s slap did last year, Tems stole the show this year.

“Congratulations girl. We’re proud of you. Nigeria is proud of you.”
