“Why Nobody has the right to tell me to do a DNA test” Mohbad’s wife, Omowummi

Omowunmi cries out ahead of son’s first birthday
Omowunmi, the widowed wife of the late fast-rising singer, Ileriouluwa Oladimeji Aloba better known by his stage name, Mohbad has addressed Nigerians over a DNA test for her son.

Recall that following the singer’s death, many have been clamoring for a DNA test to be done on Liam, his son to ascertain his paternity.

Even Mohbad’s father had called for DNA to be done on his son, a statement which Cynthia Morgan agreed with.

Omawunmi, addressing these demands, had taken a firm stance. Given her current financial struggles and the responsibility of raising Liam alone, she insisted that those urging for a DNA test should be prepared to pay for it. Two days back, she had even told her father-in-law to get a court order for a DNA test to be done.

Now, the mother of one has made a U-turn and has made it known that she wouldn’t be doing a DNA test for her son. Giving reasons, she claimed that she was a virgin when Mohbad met her and he was the one who deflowered her. She further claimed that he was the only man who saw her nakedness as such she wouldn’t be conducting paternity tests for her son.

Omowunmi further made it known that no one has the right to tell her to do it as she added that her son would never fall victim like his dad.

“Mohbad was my husband till deáth. He put a ring on my finger and he deflowered me. He was the only man that ever saw my nakédness. I am the mother of my son. None of you have the right to tell me to do DNA except I wish to. You all are mad. Liam will never be a victim like his father, he will be a victor. I don’t have any money to give bloggers but genuine fãthers and mothers are supporting me”.

Last week, Wunmi, in an Instagram post, revealed information about his death, claiming that she had been prevented from speaking by bullies in the music industry over the singer’s death.

The mother of one expressed how helpless she is, as she further claimed that the bullies have been targeting her by releasing a voice note she recorded some years back.

Speaking on the calls for DNA on her son, which her father-in-law was clamoring for, she stated that it brought tears and pains as the late singer never for once questioned the paternity of their son during his lifetime.

Reacting to it, Daddy Freeze tackled Omowunmi, pointing out that Wunmi’s silence wasn’t helping her husband’s case. He further stated that it isn’t about crying on social media but speaking out.

Daddy Freeze said Wunmi needed to tell the world what happened with Primeboy and Mohbad’s dad. Speaking on behalf of Nigerians, he added that Nigerians are tired.

Freeze concluded that he was fully in support of them conducting a DNA test for Mohbad’s son.
