You remind me so much of my daughter Imade” – Davido gives young interviewer his first daughter’s name

Afrobeat artist, Davido, has stirred reactions following an interview session he had with a famous young interviewer, Jazlyn.

During the interview between Jazlyn asked Davido to give her a Nigerian name and the singer likened the young reporter to his first daughter, and gave her the Nigerian name Imade.

He said;

“You remind me a lot of my daughter, Imade, I feel like you are very advanced, your parents should be proud of you. A lot of people your age are not doing what you doing. I’ll give you Imade, it is a nice name. Tell people you have a Nigerian name Davido gave you.”

Jazzy in her reaction, appreciated the singer for giving her new Nigerian name, same as his first daughter, Imade Adeleke.

The lovely video has attracted lots of emotional reactions from netizens, who praised Davido for his thoughfulness with the name.
