You shall beg for money till you die” – Iyabo Ojo lays heavy curses on Kemi Olunloyo for accusing her of maltreating her late mother

Popular Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has responded to investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo following her accusations about her late mother.

Kemi Olunloyo, in a Facebook post, had alleged that Iyabo’s late mother passed away due to complications from parànoid schizophrenia. She claimed that Iyabo abused her mother till she died.

Responding to her in an Instagram live session, Iyabo said Kemi would continue to beg until she dies. She noted how the journalist is living a pathetic life and mocked her for not having good things in her life despite her age.

Iyabo said that if Kemi’s children had given her the care she gave her late mother, her life wouldn’t have ended like that. She added that if she ever beat her mother, may all Kemi’s curses be hers, but if she took good care of her mother, then Kemi’s generation is cursed.

“Kemi Olunloyo, you shall beg for money until you d!e. At your age, when you should be having good things going on in your life, you are busy blogging out of h@tred. You are living a pathetic life. There is nothing to write home about your life. You think you can come for my kids; you will meet your Waterloo.

Kemi Olunloyo, if truly I was the one that sent you to prison, may all your curs£s be mine. If truly I am the handler of gistlover page, may your curs£s be mine, but if not, may all your curs£s go back to you and your generation. All the care I gave my late mum, if your children had given you, your life would not be like this. If I ever be@t or maltreat my mother, may all your curs£s be mine, but if I took good care of her, Kemi, your generation shall forever be curs£d.

Kemi, are you truly this unfortunate? Did you really think just because my daughter is now married, I’d suddenly become quiet? Omo, I’ve got responses in all sizes, hot, cold, whatever you want. I’m a child of grace, and I know that without mentioning my name, you can’t survive. How else would my enemies pay you if you don’t attack me? You kept pushing until I lost all respect for you. Next time I respond, I’ll be wearing a black bonnet and I promise, your life will be ru!n3d.

If you’re listening, o kere si number mi, Kemi o kere si number mi, you’re small, you’re below me and you’ll rant till you di3 While I keep living my best life, you can see I’m not using filters that’s because I came fully prepared, you’re not much enough. Like I said, I’ll use y’all to chill with a bottle of Goldberg”.

Social media users are reacting to the response of one of the sons of Investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo to Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo.

Last year, Iyabo had written an open letter to Kemi Olunloyo’s sons, expressing that she understands his family’s situation and sympathises with them. The mother of two urged him to forgive his mother over claims that he disowned her and ensure they join hands to support her even though different fathers raised him and his siblings.

In response, one of Olunloyo’s sons slammed Iyabo for thinking he and his siblings were not on good terms with their mother. He claimed that his autistic brother is not on social media, and the claims that they disowned their mother were from a cloned page. He clarified that they love their mother even when they each have their struggles.

In 2023, Iyabo had expressed her desire to foot Kemi’s bills into a Psychiatric hospital. She called on the public, who knew the journalist’s whereabouts to drop the location so she could offer assistance to her.

In a past social media spat, Olunloyo had attacked Iyabo’s daughter, Priscilla for saying she couldn’t date a below her financial status. Kemi slammed Priscilla as she opined that no woman is above anyone because of money. She reminded her how her mother grew up dating Lagos Governors and pastors, hence, why Priscilla is naive.
