Akinyele Traditional Council Meets Akinyele Executive Chairman, Assure him of their support.

The Akinyele Traditional Council held a special meeting with the Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye at the Award Hall, Local Government Council, Moniya.

The Meeting was held to foster a better relationship which was long lost between the Local Government and the Traditional council.

Hon Akinwole Akinleye who attended the meeting in company of the Local Government Councillors, emphasized the importance of the traditional council in the development of the Local Government and Assured them of his readiness to work hand in hand with them for a better Akinyele that we desire.

Some of the issues of concern discussed at the Meeting involved ways of improving the security architecture within the local government area, practical measures to improve Agricultural productivity among others.

The Oniroko of Irokoland, Oba Olasunkanmi Ismail Abioye Opeola who Spoke on behalf of the Traditional Council Expressed In-depth gratitude to the Executive Chairman for the relevance which has not been experienced by them In recent times. He assured the Executive Chairman of their utmost Support and promised to continually collaborate with the local Government for more Progress and Development.

Present at the Meeting include the Head of Local Government Administration (HLGA) ,The Local Government Director of Administrative and General Services, The Local Government Information Officer Among others.

Also Present at the meeting were the Alakinyele of Akinyele, Onijaye of Ijaye, Onikereku of Ikereku and Baales within the Local Government.
