Appointment: Meet The New Deputy Chaplain, Oyo State Government House Chapel, Emmanuel Akanmu

Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, on Tuesday reappointed Pastor Layi Adisa and Pastor Emmanuel Folayemi Akanmu as Chaplain, Deputy Chaplain of the Government House, respectively.

The reappointments were announced in separate letters signed by the Chief of Staff to the governor, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi.

Profile Of Pastor Emmanuel Folayemi Akanmu

Folayemi Emmanuel Akanmu was born on the 23rd of September, 1979 into the family of Pastor & Mrs Benjamin Akanmu in Egbeda Local Government Area of Oyo State.

Pastor Akanmu is actively involved in counselling students for examinations at various levels among other youth targeted programmes.

He has also participated in various certificate programmes which included 2015 Joseph Ayo Babalola University Enhanced Leadership and administrative training among others.

Until his re-appointment by Governor Seyi Makinde, Pastor Emmanuel Akanmu is a Pastor in the Christ Apostolic Church.

He’s married and blessed with beautiful children.
