Behavioral Change: Akinyele Executive Chairman joins AYF on students sensitization

The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye joined Akinyele Youth Forum Led by their president, Com Paul Olagoke at Aponmode/Moniya secondary and high school to sensitize students on The Essence of Maintaining Good Behavior towards a better future.

The Executive Chairman while Addressing the students, Encouraged them to desist from wayward things that will hamper their future.

In his words he said “ Attending a public school is not a setback to success, I am also a product of public school and here I am today. In our school days, we had school fathers and school mothers, Senior students where are your school sons and daughters?. You have none because you haven’t been a good ambassador worthy of Emulation by junior ones”

“In lieu of this, I enjoin you all to stay focused about your future, be obedient and committed students. Whatever you do today will be part of what will shape your future. I have always been punctual in my office because it’s been part of me since when I was young”

“Avoid drugs, smoking, fraudulent activities and other social vices that will not make you realize your target in life.You as female students should not also limit yourself to a low level of Education, seeing our female Councilor here should be a motivation to you all that there’s no limitation to your dreams in life”.

The Executive Chairman while addressing the Management and Members of staff, Informed them of the various strategies put In place by the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde to ensure that Quality Education is accessible to all.

Present at the Sensitization program include the Councilors, The Akinyele Youth Forum who are the initiators, The Principals, Management and members Staff of both Schools Among Others.
