Dr Akin Fagbemi Visits Akinyele LG Lauds Hon Akinwole’s Giant stride, seek collaboration for sustainable healthcare initiatives.

The Chairman of Oyo State Hospitals’ Management Board, Dr. Akin Fagbemi, and his management team paid an official courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman, Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye at the Local Government Secretariat, Moniya.

In his welcome address, Hon Akinwole Akinleye appreciated Dr. Fagbemi for his love and support to the people of Oyo state and particularly in providing good and qualitative healthcare services under the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde’s sustainable healthcare initiative.

In his Words, Hon Akinwole Akinleye highlighted his various achievements in the health sector since he assumed office and emphasized the importance of the health sector towards a sustainable and healthy environment. He assured Dr Fagbemi of his continuous support to the health sector in the Local Government and expressed readiness for collaboration for a better and healthier environment.

Dr. Fagbemi in his words appreciated Hon Akinleye for his giant stride in the Local Government and stated that he never expected less as the Executive Chairman is known for achieving great things. He pledged more support for General Hospital,Moniya to benefit the community and its environs and also urged the Executive Chairman to continually support the hospital to ensure that the good people of Akinyele Local Government enjoys more health benefits.

He highlighted the ongoing recruitment exercise, which includes the people of Akinyele community which would allow them to contribute their quota to their communities.

Dr. Fagbemi explained that Governor Oluseyi Makinde approved the recruitment of health workers to fill vacancies caused by retirement or professionals seeking greener pastures abroad.

Hon Akinleye while reaffirming his commitment to ensuring a sustainable and better environment for the good people of the Local Government, applauded Dr Akin Fagbemi and his team for thier commitment and dedication and for deeming it fit to pay Akinyele Local Government the timely Courtesy Visit.

Present during the Courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman’s office include The Vice Chairman of Akinyele LG, Hon Sakiru Akintunde, Members of the Akinyele Legislature, Director of Administration and General Services,Directors of various departments, Supervisory Councilors and Special Assistants.

Accompanying Dr. Fagbemi were Permanent Secretary Dr. Anifat Ibraheem, Director of Admin and Supplies Mr. Muyiwa Olagoke, Director of Medical Services Dr. Femi Adesanya Amongst Others.
