EDUCATION:Hon Akinwole Akinleye Reaffirms his commitment to Education, Appoints Education Ambassador, Doles out 500 scholarships slots to Akinyele LG people.*

In his bid to provide qualitative education and improve the Education sector in Akinyele LG, The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye has appointed Chief (Dr) Moshood Ismail Abioye as the Akinyele LG Education Ambassador.

In the same vein, The Executive chairman of Akinyele local government, Hon Akinwole Akinleye has announced a tuition-free scholarship for 500 secondary school graduates who are ready to pursue tertiary education.
The education support initiative according to the council boss, is targeted at supporting students who wish to proceed to higher institutions after secondary Education but lack the financial capacity to access tertiary education.

In a statement made Available to the public by his chief Media Aide, Ogundipe Miracle, Hon Akinwole Akinleye stated that plans have been concluded in partnership with Mosh Estrella Institute for the commencement of the Tuition Free scholarship program starting from the next academic session.

Hon Akinwole Akinleye emphasized his commitment to empowering young people in his community, particularly those who face financial barriers to higher education, noting that the move was in line with the vision of his principal, The Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde to remove all barriers to quality education at all levels across the state.

“This Tuition free scholarship is an attestation of our belief in the potential of the youths in Akinyele Local Government. Education is the key to breaking barriers, and we are proud to offer this opportunity to help 500 students achieve their dreams”.

“Education is the key to unlocking potential and creating a brighter future for our youths. This scholarship program is my way of opening up access to tertiary Education for the good people of Akinyele LG and ensuring that our young people have access to qualitative education that will set them on a path to success”.

“It is our belief, that the Appointment of Chief (Dr) Moshood Ismail Abioye’s as the Education Ambassador of our dear local government will bolster the Education sector and further provide a serene atmosphere for quality learning process in our schools. I urge you to discharge your duties adequately in line with this administration’s agenda of ensuring better lives for the good people of Akinyele LG”.

Hon Akinwole Akinleye further disclosed that the scholarship program is tuition free for beneficiaries of the scholarship. He stated that eligible applicants must have completed their secondary school education with a minimum of five credits in their O’level results, including Mathematics and English Language.
