Eid-el-Fitri: Senator Alli felicitates Muslims, calls for sustained devotion to Allah

Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has felicitated with Muslims in Oyo State and beyond on the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Fitri, marking the successful completion of Ramadan.

This is contained in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas and made available to newsmen on Sunday in Ibadan.

Senator Alli described Eid-el-Fitri as a time for gratitude, spiritual renewal and acts of kindness towards one another.

He urged Muslims to sustain the values of piety, patience and self-discipline imbibed during Ramadan.

The lawmaker called on the faithful to use the period to pray for peace, unity, and prosperity in Nigeria, stressong the importance of love, tolerance, and understanding among people of different faiths.

Senator Alli also reaffirmed his commitment to promoting policies that would improve the well-being of his constituents, assuring them of his dedication to quality representation and service delivery.

He wished all Muslims a joyous and peaceful Eid celebration, praying that Allah grants their supplications and bless the nation with continued progress and stability.
