Honourary Degree: Oladayo Popoola, Mama Bovas, Bolaji Ayorinde, Ronke Adefope, Bayo Olugbemi get LAUTECH honorary doctorate degrees

A former Governor of Oyo State, retired Major General Oladayo Popoola; the Managing Director, BOVAS Company Ltd., Mrs. Victoria Adunola Samson; Chief Bolaji Ayorinde, SAN, Ambassador Ibironke Adefope and Pastor Williams Bayo Olugbemi will on Saturday bag the honorary doctoral titles of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Oyo State.

All the awardees are prominent citizens of the State. They would be honoured at the institution’s 14th Combined Convocation Ceremonies of the institution.

Governor of the State, Engr. Seyi Makinde who doubles as the Visitor to the institution will grace the event.

Popoola would be confered with Doctor of Civil Law (D.CL); Samson will bag Doctor of Business Administration (D.BA); Ayorinde Doctor of Law (D.L); Adefope Doctor of Letters (D.Litt); and Olugbemi (D.BA).

The LAUTECH”s admission to higher degrees and award of honorary degrees ( Honoris Causa) hold this weekend, Saturday April 23.
