Akinyele LG’s remarkable presence was led by its Executive Chairman, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye, who reaffirmed the council’s dedication to promoting cultural heritage and grassroots engagement. Adding to the celebration was the crowning of Miss Ibadan Week 2025, with Ayorinde Oluwaseyi Phoebe, representing Akinyele LG, clinching the prestigious Orekelewa Brain and Beauty title. Her victory underscored the council’s strong representation and symbolized a blend of intellect, culture, and elegance at the heart of Ibadan’s cultural renaissance.
The Akinyele LG delegation featured prominent figures, including the Local Government PDP Chairman, Alhaji Salawu Babatunde Lateef, as well as several party stakeholders, affirming a unified political and communal front.
